Trigger discipline, is what it's called, when you are being patient and waiting for all the enemies to pass before pulling the trigger, instead of just jumping on the first guy to walk past and getting only one kill, before getting shot in the back..
I disagree. Both of the 2 examples you listed require a certain playstyle and consistency. You absolutely can't miss while using those weapons, else you'll perish.
