No it doesn’t lock there’s a few spots to run a cable through
i got one have had 2 months!! keep it inside never rode while wet. just suddenly wont power on. Spent $350.00 and wont power on! Its been 30 days so i cant return it. very very disappointed.
Oh dam have you reached out to amazon they usually are very easy to do returns if got it from the manufacturer email them what I do mine is still going strong

Don’t know what to tell you maybe there’s something wrong with the Bluetooth
And also what do you mean by go to the model
It I'll connect to my phone with Bluetooth but I tried the app it says connection timed out
And I tried multiple times
If it connects to your phone can you play music or even do anything
What has been your range at max speed?
Between 18-25 miles and top speed 18mph but had it up to 20mph
Mine did 23 down hill.
I bought it and couldn't go faster than 16mph in H gear. I'm 5'8" and only weigh 150 lbs. I was able to go around 16 miles with a fully charged battery. Below 50% It was only going at around 14mph. Flat and paved roads, at 60F. I don't know what could be wrong.
Same mine only does 16-17 mph
I'm 125 and it still does the same speed.

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and the app has permission open the TST app go to products and find your model and click it that’s what I did
My s23 ultra didn't connect through the app, but my dad's iPhone worked like a charm. It works on the iphones for some reason.
This has been the absolute worst scooter I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t reach top speed nor distance advertised, the handlebars are loose at the bottom connection, and now after only about 4 months, it completely stopped working. It turns on, full battery and all, but won’t move forward. It’s been a headache since day one.
I would return it back to Amazon
