I play this captivating tune with these chords - Em, F#º, Em/G, Aº, Em/G, F#º, Em - Em/D, C9 flat 5, Am, D9, Gmaj7, Cmaj7, G - Am - G/B, C - D7 - Em, F/F#, B7 (and repeat). It's similar and throws in a couple extra nice crunchy-harmony moments.
