- ANO ANG TRABAHO NG PARTY-LIST SA ATING GOBYERNO?
Ang party-list ay binubuo ng mga marginalized at under represented na sector sa lipunan. Ito ang mga sektor na binibigyang pagkakataong magkaroon ng kinatawan sa Kamara para sa pagbabalangkas ng batas na naaayon sa kanilang pangangailangan.
Ngayon, nagiging problema na ito dahil madalas, hindi bahagi ng marginalized sector ang representatives ng ilang party-list sa bansa.

Mali kasi yung sistema ng partylist nila. Hindi naman lehitimong marginalized sector ang nirerepresenta nila.
Dapat sinusuri mabuti ng COMELEC yan.
Tapos dapat exist na siya nang 5 taon mahigit at may community activity na gumagawa na ng bagay para sa sector na nirerepresenta nila.
Example yung mga labor unions, mga farmer sector, transport sector, hindi lang itinatag overnight tapos partylist na.
Tapos yung mga namumuno diyan dapat matiyak kung sino at ano background nila.
Alisan din sila dapat ng pork barrel dapat taga-gawa lang sila ng batas kasama ang kongreso.
Ayusin yung partylisy system, kasi kung tatanggalin meron din namn kasing maapektuhang totoo talaga yung layunin.

ang daming party list. pero ganun pa rin eh hawak sa leeg yan ng mga pulitiko. dagdag lng sa budget. dapat i limit lng yan like mga 5 na party list. sobrang dami na. total may ahensya nman ng govt eh. parang redundant lng at apanggulo yung iba. sayang ang pundo ng govt.

Yung AGAP partylist ay Connected by sa Microfinance na ASHI AGAP?... Yung ASHI AGAP dito sa amin kapag nagpa member ka, grant ka ng loan agad na 15K to pay weekly basis for 6 months, at hindi pwedeng di mabayaran ng beyond 6 months tapos yung center kung saan ka magbayad weekly depende kung saan yung collector ma e stay sa bahay ng isang myembro...kapag myembro ka magbayad ka weekly sa insurance mo na 20 pesos, savings, at sa loan. 04:20 Ang problema kasi ay pinasok ng mga hindi legit. Kaya yung mga makakapal na buwaya na manggagamit, hindi dapat sila hinahayaan. Alam naman natin na yung slot lang ang habol nila.
Tama. Ang talagang tanong dyan ay bakit hinayaan? Alam naman ng Comelec ang objective ng Party List system, bakit hindi nila nakita kung talaga ngang representante ba talaga sila ng sektor na kanilang pinapakilala.

maganda sana yang party list kung talagang totoong kasamahan ng mga marginalized sector ng bansa ang mangangatawan ng marginalized sector na gusto nilang kaniyang pangangatawanan pero kung makikita natin ang nahahalal ay mga mayayamang tao na hindi kabilang sa marginalized sector na gusto nilang pangangatawanan.
