I updated the firmware on my unit now I have a double image on my unit. 2012 Highlander vertical unit. Cannot press directly on any button. I have to press a few inches off to press the button I need. Probably need to reinstall to factory. Can you guys please help.

@@dbabykurts591 got mine to work. They sent a file and you have to download it to a flash drive and then connect the flash drive to USB 1, then reset unit. The controls should come back.

Ok, so here is my question, well, one anyway......why would you send out this system with so many tiny issues? my climate control ONLY blows ICE COLD air...it's 34F outside right now....and also THAT GLARE!!!!!!!!! should have put and anti-glare coating on it
