Morissette for the win! If I may add, she was sick during this performance too. She posted a vlog of her going to the wish bus for this performance on her youtube channel saying how she had to take steroids because she was that sick. She also showed in her vlog that she didn't really have a falsetto but could still whistle which is just impressive.I have been a fan of hers since I was a child. A few performances I would really recommend is her 2017 Asia Song Festival performance, Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw LIVE with her in a green dress and her hair down because she goes really hard in that performance. The wish bus version of Gusto ko nang bumitaw is great, but the live band version is even better, more emotional. If that's possible, there are great singers out there like Ailee ,even Sydnie Christmas sounds fantastic.

I think it's a little bit sad upon choosing the wrong clip of Mori where she has a fever and has hoarse singing that song. It would be better to choose the right clip where Mori feels good and amazing. But overall they both good, Ailee is a good singer but still My vote goes to Mori not because I am a little bit bias because I am Filipino, it is because I based my votes with their vocal techniques, story telling/interpretation of the song, power, voice quality, versatility, and resonance.
Please don't forget the Filipina is in the Sitting posiotion. It is one of the most difficult song ever created by Filipinos. Morissette for the win in this showdown.

You see, in the Philippines we are so immensely so meticulous in the quality of vocals, we are hard to please, and have the highest standard when it comes to singing. The fact that we have lots of singing contests in tv and locally in the provinces, and our past time is singing karaoke, at home, it's our culture, singing is a part of our culture. Queen Mori for me chloe. That whistle in "akin ka na lang"( please be mine) is out of this world. I think mariah carey does whistle on this scale but morisette is entirely different being when she sings a type if songs. Ailee held her own unique take as Korea's Beyonce so both singers are versatile I would say to describe their performance chloe so here's my take on it.
