I love your theory! I also believe that the curse needs to be undone somehow. I have a wrench for your sealing Link theory though… The Hero’s Shade is the spirit of the Hero of Time. In essence, his soul still existing in Hyrule somehow. And there’s still a Twilight Princess Link. So I guess Link’s fate is doomed to be connected to Zelda and Demise. But what if they were able to somehow purify Demise’s hatred within Gannondorf, and make him an ally instead of the Demon King? Food for thought.
What I believe in my ending game lore theory is all three Zelda, Link and Ganondorf have to agree on the goal is to use triforce to wish curse gone. But I think don't Nintendo is ready closed chapters of The Legend of Zelda just yet.
This is a common misconception about what I said. I didn’t curse anyone, no, rather, I warned them. In the Japanese version, it is more of a warning about how evil will return.
That is a misconception too. "In the Japanese version of Skyward Sword, Demise's final speech was meant more as a warning about how the cycle of violence will continue on in part because of not just his own hatred, but also that of his rival Hylia and by extension Princess Zelda and Link, although Eiji Aonuma during the E3 showing of Skyward Sword nevertheless indicated this would still ultimately result in Ganondorf's actions in Ocarina of Time." "Although the English version of Hyrule Historia clearly states that Ganon is Demise's reincarnation, the Japanese version only suggests a connection between the two while leaving it ambiguous as to their precise ties to each other."
Breaking the curse by eliminating one of the cursed probably won't go work without genocide or mass extinction. "Blood of the Goddess" can be very metaphorical and very literal if you think about it. All Hylians are Hylia's people, her children. And as a bonus, after hundreds and thousands of years, there would be bound to be a lot of people who would have been distantly descended from the Royal Bloodline.
Why isn't Zelda or Link ever born into other tribes besides the Hylians? I mean, the Garudo, Zora, Gorons and other races might have intermixed with the Hylians. Wouldn't a descendant born mixed Hylian and whatever race(s) Hylians bred with produce a Link or a Zelda of their own?
@@Neku628 It's mostly a Meta issue, as the writer of the Legend of Zelda seem uninterested in breaking away from tradition But narratively: "Spirit of the Hero" is not in any form of the word, inherently tied to bloodlines. It is tied to souls and will. In many Asian mythologies, a soul can reincarnate into many people at once. The soul can also sorta divide infinitely. @@chaos4654 we probably could have seen a cameo of a prince from the Hylian royal family with a sword in one of the paintings in the Minish Cap. I wonder if you could break the curse by someone who is NOT Link or Zelda killing Demise's incarnation. The curse also specifies that it's targeting Link and Zelda, so what if someone unrelated stops it? Like... let's say Beedle just happened to kill Ganon. By accident, because he was disrupting his business, whatever. Normal ass Beedle the Shop Owner put an end to Ganon without Link or Zelda helping. Would that break the curse or would it just try again now also embarrassed that Beedle killed it?
I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter who kills Ganon's physical form, as long as his spirit exists he can reincarnate, but that is just my understanding of the curse. Though it would be pretty funny to see Beedle as the hero of Hyrule
I like your interpretation on the Curse of Demise. Its truly a complicated situation on how to properly break it. Essentially as long as the spirits remain the curse remains. I wonder if the Links and Zeldas truly know of this curse? 🤔
My personal theory: the curse of Demise won't end until Demise himself - the one who caused it - is killed. To do so, the little remnant of Demise in the Master Sword needs to be awakened. Then, Demise needs to be killed by the Hero. Then, the eternal cycle will end.
Unfortunately taking the hero spirit out of link won’t work. That’s has been shown in Twilight Princess. In twilight Princess you meet shade with is the stalffoth of the hero of time. Aka a link that dill didn’t pass on yet we have the hero spirit in ANOTHER LINK. I think the only way to break the curse is to have hyrule completely fall and gangdorf, Zelda and link all die at the same time. Basically the situation of demona and mcbeth from the show Gargoyles. I think story is going to end on breath of the wild 2. And this is my prediction: After the battle with link and Zelda vs ganon the castle will collapse crushing all three. This time the final battle will take place as a spirits. All the past links and Zeldas will show up. Just as they go back to the living Zelda and link realize they can break the cycle. And then this will happen: Continue the cycle or pass on? Cycle will continue in 2 minutes. Life? Death? Choosing life hyrule rises once more and a war happens again starting the cycle all over again and leaving the future kingdom to regret this Zelda’s choice which means being forced to wait until this version of gangon gives up and become malice once more. Choosing death. The master sword breaks finally ending the curse. And a warning appears where they died. Hyrule has to vanish and so does link and Zelda. Honor our gift by forgetting hyrule and making sure it does not rise again.
Will removing the powers of the Goddess from Zelda can break the curse? Because I do not want Zelda to die or waste her life since Link has feelings for her. After everything she went through in Breath of the Wild, she deserve some happiness and fulfill her dream as a scholar.
Who says that it has to be Zelda herself that has kids? I mean, the king also has the blood of Hylia in him and so do any siblings, Zelda has or had. Wouldn't the curse continue with them having kids?

One simple answer: Triforce wish. The Triforce brought people back from the dead. It can definitely break Demise’s curse.
