As someone with psoriasis, this really helps. I wish i was able to do this to my own scalp without risking getting hurt but my scalps too sensitive. This fills the void of seeing flakes combed out though 😊
My husband has psoriasis too and every night before I fall asleep I pick at his flakes. It’s soothing to him and even more soothing to me. I never pick too hard but enough to get the good ones😂 even when we watch a movie he lays his head near me to pick at 🥹 love that man 😍

She separates the hair with thought , not just jumping from one site to another. Using what I Believe are artificial nails she scratches very well getting much debris of the scalp and Using her own nails which medically I do not think would be good. Job very well done. First compliment I have ever made on this subject!
