Video game dub recordings almost never have a visual context for what's really happening or a reference for how long the original voice clips are, so many games get that instance of not matching up to lip flaps. Here though, I notice ArcSys actually made the lip flaps end at the same time as the dubbed clips. Not the best foot forward, but given how long we've had this issue, it's still progress.
