To make sure your CPG convection oven is properly operated and cared for, follow a few simple steps. For operation, the oven has a simple on / off switch control and a cook /cool switch to control the air flow. There is also a cook timer, a temperature dial, and a fan speed switch for easy and precise control. The control panel also includes a light switch so that users can easily see the internal cabinet, and a “heat on” light to alert when preheating is completed.
