Rippa Gold Nuggets a Chair and a Table

Welcome back to Another Wild Goose Chase.
On this Episode we head deep into Australia Outback in Search of Gold Nuggets With GPX 6000 and GPZ 7000 metal Detectors.
We Ran into a Full Time prospector, Parking pretty much right next to a patch he had just found.

Very good, those flies over there are horrendous, got my new Coiltek Goldhawke 14 by 9 coil and took it out today but couldn't get to the spot we had chosen so will go out later in the week, went to the vegi patch and started up the pumps then drove around to the spot where my mates wife scored a .65g nugget within five steps using my 6000 to try out, turned it on and went over the same area, I might go back on a better day but I did find that the coil is extremely heavy compared to the 11inch mono it came with and I still got the warbles, I might have to send the machine back for repairs or a tune up, most dissappointed with Minelab for a machine that costed $8,000.00. Good to see a small bit of mum back again and that she is still the over-preforming gold hunter, go Mum go, I am supposewd to be in WA at the moment but the friend from Queensland hasn't turned up but that's ok I can pop over next year, I have chosen a few spots I haven't been to before in hard to reach places for this season so I will hopefully be able to report some good finds shortly, have a good day. If you used the NF 12" and swing slowly, you will pick up the .5's or the 17cc x coil
