Thank you, thank you! I did it! I combined the Gif with a caption prompt from your Caption Vault! It took minutes instead of trying so hard to get the perfect caption, I had it all prepared and only had to tweak a little wording. Now I can actually do my work instead of taking half a day to develop social media content!
THANK YOUUUUUU! I've had so much fun in Canva with Giphy, and created some half dozen memes for future use. Posting is getting so much fun that I'm trying to behave and not post all that much... Today I kinda overdid it: did a reel on your suggestions, and it was reasonable to have an accompanying post (with the monthly promotions in more detail) and today was my scheduled live... Hm. 4 posts in one day. I'll take it easy until tomorrow. Lol!

This was super helpful and I made some great memes. But when I post them to Insta they go into reels and don't post like ones I've seen others do. I don't seem to have a video section. Is that why?

After creating the gif, I don’t have any option to add to photos (when clicking on the gif), it gives me the option to save to image. I clicked the download button to try and email it to myself but it didn’t work either. Any workarounds this? Thank you!
