Even all these years later, it's still surreal to watch these guys, hear the voices, and see traces of the characters in their faces. It feels like the border between reality and fantasy is breaking down and GTA coming to life. They did such a great job.

@@pinstripe7839 I guess so. I'll be honest with you - I don't keep much track on the gaming communities, so I don't really notice all these changes. Nonetheless, 6,5 years just doesn't feel like much. I still remember standing in line to buy it on Playstation and I went to college at the time - does time really fly that quickly?
@@JackpodyDK I suppose so. It also depends on time frame. 6.5 years seems far more significant to me, as it takes up a large percentage of my lifetime. At the time this video was posted, I was only in middle school, so perhaps a bit of how I see the progression of technology can be attributed to childlike wonder.

It's kinda cool seeing how similar these guys look to the actual characters! Like Steven Ogg looks like a younger version of Trevor, Shawn Fonteno looks like an older version of Franklin, and as for Ned Luke... well, he looks different compared to Michael, but he definitely fits his voice

Its amazing how you can see that the gta charecters almost exactly like the voice actors
Ned Luke is deaf on his right ear in real life. The fact that Rockstar managed to put a small detail in game that Trevor shot someone close to Michael's right ear in the prologue made all of Ned's real life mannerisms (like when talking to someone he always angle to his left ear) natural for Michael.
Small things like that are very impressive.
rockstar didn't do that, that was all Ned in the mocap suit
