That's tough honestly, I feel like it needs a perfect balance between storyline, gameplay, and different modes to occupy the player, whilst simultaneously appealing to players of all desired difficulties. The maps themselves need to be fleshed out - Cold War was amazing gameplay wise, but the maps were a bit of a let done frankly, they're quite hollow and lifeless, just generic facilities
