You CAN make your own pendant lights with this how-to tutorial. Concrete, soda bottles, and a few nails to create the lights. Then pair it with a socket and cord and you've got light perfect for a bar area or over your kitchen sink! - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
Nice job ladies! Starting off with the tools and materials required in such detail was very useful, and you kept the "fluff" of the video to a minimum, which I think is what most people are looking for. It doesn't matter what kind of DIY project, but there are too many people making YT videos who don't have a clear idea what to say (i.e. COMMUNICATE) to their audience, but this video didn't have that problem. The result was an attractive lighting solution for people you care about, and for minimal cost! Well done!
AWESOME! Thank You for sharing your precious time, talent, resources, knowledge, and skills with ALL of us so we may learn more!
Nice job. I like your choice of mix. It gave the lamps a great finish.
The tip of using a naked sander as a vibration tool to raise bubbles was worth watching this tutorial alone let alone how great the diy was anyway. Great tutorial! Thank you!
Thanks for the nice comment, Katherine! ~Chelsea

There is a lot of work behind it. But the result can be seen. Love greetings MrHandwerk
Cool.
R they opaque or translucent in some fashion??
supar exiled work
I bet you had a a hard time removing the inner bottle @8:10 - @8:15 and that's because your forgot there is an undercut area right beneath the cap , blocking it from getting out. But it's such a good looking result ! thank's!
This wire will lift the weight of the cement. Is there any other way you can replace it.
So cool idea sister's
how to use plaster of Paris?
Superplasticizer would make that mix pour able rather than the messy spooning it in!
Simon Huntington the more water you add means the longer it will take to dry, as well as meaning that it would also have further shrinkage when it dries because there will be less cement powder, because the water will take up a lot of the volume.
Beautifully presented, but heavy construction
cool
Distance between those lights?
No problems with heat dissipation?
concrete has a very good heat conduction
Wow
What is the material
это цементная смесь ?
thumbs up
try recicle bottles, its the wave
👏😍
👍❤
You wouldn't want that hitting you on the head whilst your eating ya beans on toast ay !! :)
That is a good video but it was too long
Thanks for the feedback! ~Chelsea
Not really Tagreed.. but yes it was informative.. Thanks Chelsea
@@Checkinginwithchelsea //personally, I lived the step by step process. Much appreciated. Keep them coming...❤
why do people call cement concrete
because cement + sand + water = concrete
Cement + sand + water = mortar
Cement + ballast + water = concrete 😉
Nice ladies....they just don't make em like that anymore. Props to their parents and spouses. Best Wishes.
This was a good idea, too bad it's not yours.
Actually, I haven't seen the cooking spray idea anywhere else.
Don't be so quick to hate!
Benjamin Uyeda - Homemade Modern. Check out his TH-cam channel, he gives his ideas away but credit always needs to be given. Just saying.
Yes, dude, I'm aware of his channel, but it's not like he invented concrete.
+Andi Popescu Yeah, because that's what I was saying...Exact same implementation down to the screws. Is this woman your wife or something? Get off the fanboy train.
This is my first time on this channel.
Was speaking out of principle.
nice j
gd work, but very time consuming... and energy requiring process
Why you laugh when he say 9 inch? Something happen in your mind about 9 inch?? like a banana maybe hahaha, just kidding 😄
there's no such exterior designer that's your own term, that's landscape architect and the facade is an architect, interior is for interior designer
I don't know if anyone else has seen the 8-bit guy she sounds like him
Whats DIY here!!? So many tools!
sehrish rahman diy=do it yourself. Just means youre not buying it from the shops. Doesnt mean you cant use tools lol
Honey that is not Cola.
JohanneHelland Hii
Was it not Pepsi cola? I dislike Pepsi still, but it's in the name.
Those things are gonna dry out and fall apart, nobody ever uses rebars
They'll do fine. Not everything needs to be steel reinforced.
Ļ
concrete needs rocks, it gives to the mixture resistence, the problem with those products is that make people lazy and the product is not that good
Here in India five year kids can do this ...plez don't waste ur time ...times is very expensive...
I like the lights. I cringed when I heard that you guys were gonna hang only 2 lights rather 3. When decorating, you do NOT want an even, you DO WANT odd numbers. So having 1, 3, 5 or 7 looks much better than having 2,4 or 6. Also, when you hang up the lights, you should have staggered them at different heights. for example, have one hang down 17" the next one oh lets say 23" and the next at 19". I guess I don't like things perfect, I like a more natural look I guess. Too each their own.
They listened.....there are three!
I think it's a matter of WHAT the person wants to THEIR liking. No rules
Eeeekkkk.. am I the only one that noticed the scary burn marks ???
they was slow af ..
that voice is just cringe level 1000
giovanniRMS ikr
giovanniRMS fact! I was thinking the same!
cow
That's so mean. I loved it ALL. including the voices.
that was the worse rinse 1:50 ever attempted by human kind.
The Indians make it easier
Its hilarious to see women making a huge deal about performing the most basic tasks.
Henrik Rasmussen. she knows how to mix cement to the proper consistency better than most men I've personally witnessed.
it's basic only when women are doing it.
When two girls comes together thy just do
talk talk talk talk and talk
Wow
