As a type 1 diabetic going from a blood sugar of 94 to 116 after eating a full meal is immaculate lol. After one Popeyes meal with no insulin I would’ve jumped from 94 to 400😂

Cash btw to prevent getting injured, it's healthier to have a higher fat percentage, it won't look as good but it will help you have more energy in the gym as well as reduce inflamation and it will help your cells create resistant membranes to avoid being broken down to the point where you risk getting injured easily. That way you can push a lil bit harder when working out. 12% to 15% is healthier than 10% and still looks pretty good.
