saw them in a club in Brooklyn in the day. they were awesome. an old friend of mine in Jersey started an fusion progressive band with the guitarist after EZO broke up and would tell me that he would roll his eyes at EZO and was embarrassed with the music. He was totally a fusion guitar player. Crazy stuff. I did see him at a party with my friend once, and i was asked NOT to mention anything about EZO. lol.
First record was a game changer for me!! Also enjoyed Fire Fire Was sooo disappointed they weren’t way more respected Still love them tons I feel their brand of metal holds up very well as they were original and copied no one
Love these guys, really caught my ear about '86, led me to Dead End, another great Japanes band. Too bad they didn't catch on..i think the American metal bands were a bit intimidated with there prowess.

great band such a shame only 2 albums were made very underrated band.
Isn't that the truth. One of the better, underated bands of the 80's. Loudness got all of the limelight but EZO was awesome. 2 albums were not enough.

声はどう聴いてもマサキさんだな。
フラット・バッカー時代の曲は、インパクト大だけど、アメリカでそのまま遣っても良かったと思う。
30年間ずっと、マサキさんはあの声にふさわしい恐ろしく厳ついルックスの人だと確信していたのだが、かなり童顔でビックリした。
楽器隊も、ヴィジュアル系だな。
