I can't make it coz centre point after 4" offset it is making a solid triangle it's not in slope

I tried many times generic adoptive family...when I insert and apply the family on the plane, the fift point (which we give the z-axis ) is un controllable..( i did each step what u did in this video step by step consecutively )

In this video, there are only four adaptive points. The fifth point is not adaptive, and you don't have to assign it anywhere.
