i know one tip he's keen on is starting with your first hand planted when you are learning because we or most bboys jump ten feet in the air before they throw it wasting madd energy, then by the time they get to the second hand their rotation is closer to an airflare, start as if your going to plant that first hand down and lift your body up wit that one hand as you rotate try to get aligned quickly so your all ready for the spin.. when you learn how to do 90's with open legs it feels like you can sit in the move like a 90 in a hand hop position almost, everytime i spin more than 3 it's total freak accident so i could almost imagine how he could have accidently did 20 back in 2000 something, understand the move and go slow, like a golf swing if you do it correctly with perfect form you don't need to swing so hard
@JustThumbsMeUp that depends. which hand do you freeze on? if you freeze on your right hand, then use your right hand. if you freeze on your left hand use your left hand.
most likely a weight training glove. if u want more grip use the leather side in like floors that r slipperey and if u want less grip switch the left hand glove (or right hand if u 1990 with ur left hand or using it for deadmans) INSIDE OUT for less friction
bboybeastie: look at the video he shows first straight to get speed then when you run out of some momentum you turn your legs exactly like you do in headspin drill to get extra momentum.
okay...not to put cico down becuz he's definitely straight pro..but i kinda wanna clearify things and see if people agree.. i think cico's a master of 1990's and 2000's..not power moves in general..thas a big ass category..
