Mainly dmg will depend on your sigils. Save up lots of Resin sigil and collect damage stats on your weapons and/or weapons. Also pets/mounts that's on your bloodline will help your characted boost his/her attacks. Also check world info and collect as much as you can to add any of your stats.

hey, how you keep your weapon hotkeys like that? when i do it, it just appear 1 weapon not like your 4. Is there any setting to do that?

Tips how to get a higher damage like yours
Earn resin sigils via saving ruby or trying your luck on sigil boxes. Also focus your star points on attack attributes on your star constellations.
