You kind of noticed, but some versions do have the music split into two bars. If you want to hear what each sound does in full, you should make sure to hear each of them for two bars (basically by seeing the icon on the right loop twice). I find this really import for V8 (Dystopia) since some sounds are a lot more subtle in how they evolve throughout the two bars, and you might miss some cool stuff because of it. (Quick note though, this advice does not apply to V5 Brazil and V6 Alive songs since these ones happen on a single bar.) Anyways, nice to see you enjoy this game!

As a longtime incredibox fan, I'm very happy matt is playing this! And a tip that characters have 2 loops which means the play something different when the 2nd loop starts And I recommend you to play each as 2 loops before switching And play some mods after you finish it!
Hey Matt a bit of advice in the game, the sounds are split into 4 sections. Top left is beats/drums. Top right is miscellaneous sounds like electric sounds. Bottom left voice Melodie’s and bottom right is bars of singing

Sunrise, The Love, Jeevan, and Dystopia lasts for 2 bars than the others. Also, since you mentioned that Alpha is a bit “unpolished,” it’s because it’s one of the very first versions of Incredibox that’s ever released since the time that Incredibox was still, as mentioned, in its alpha stages of development when Incredibox is still a Flash game years ago prior to releasing as a full app on PC, and mobile, and using a different program that isn’t Flash.
