So something worth exploring that I’ve had good testing with is the Melodious package. Ostinato on its own gets you vortex plus apo plus sprind to start your spright plays. I also like the arc light instead of toad though I’m still playing around with both. Say you arc light negate, but they wipe your field. Your arc light grabs you illusion of chaos, which grabs your magicians souls. Now you pend summon what you have in the extra deck, and summon magicians souls which you then pop your scales to draw 2 and then can link magicians souls and one of the melodious monsters into a link 2 to start playing again. Definitely give it a try!
@@SilverEternal22 So it's actually better than I expected. Especially once the new ice barrier level 2 and the illusion link 2 comes out. Then it will be Apo for 3. Vortex, sprind, gigantic spright,, Toad, and a board wipe through you're finished or a summon negate with the Angel Statue.

I sided D-barrier to cut them off the Synchro OTK and it has more coverage vs decks like Branded, Voiceless, or Purrely so it just felt like a better option personally.
There are some valid reasons to play Mining but I honestly didn't want to be in situations where I have to discard for it and get ashed and possibly just have to end my turn. Also didn't want to fully lean into relying on Gadget. If I opened it then that's good but if not I didn't 100% need it because the rest of the spright engine still puts up a large board. If I did play it, I'd have to play like Triple Tactic Talents just in case I got Ashed on it I could draw 2 to replenish my hand
It can, you could side 3 Shifters + Gamma Burst for easy OTKd game 2 but I personally felt like I couldn't seem to win the games where I sided Shifter. Idk why lol Also this variant is a little more graveyard reliant so you would probably have to side out Cyberse Gadget and/or the Frogs if you sided in Shifter
and what made you choose this version instead of the melffy or adventure version because I would like to bring it to my next ots but I can't decide which one to bring
I dont like the fact the Melffy and/or Adventure force you to play even more bricks. My deck building approach us always minimize bricks at all cost. I never want to open a Pinny or a Drackoback. This version has 9-1 card starters; Gadget, Beaver, & Starter. The only "brick" is like maybe Smashers but it still does stuff going 1st or breaking boards going 2nd.
Just ordered all the stuff I’m missing for this build. Gonna give it a try, it looks really interesting for sure. I saw in another comment the topic about playing cynet mining. You don’t think playing maybe 1-2 copies with maybe more copies of angler might be worth it? I feel like going mining pitch angler is pressure.
That's awesome! Glad to hear that :D I mean you can play Cynet, it's just hard decided what to cut for them tbh. It would cut into Non-Engine and I think 13 is the least you can get away with the format tbh. I was just scared of going -1 if it got Ashed. You can definitely play it. I just didn't focus on turboing the Cyberse stuff. If I opened Gadget then that was awsome. If not I just did normal Spright combo
