I'm glad you mentioned some issues with Kendall Milton. I've said this all season, but he goes down to easily. He rarely breaks tackles and usually goes down to the first person that he contacts. He does have the occasional burst run that inflates his yards per carry, but most of his carries don't get much past the line of scrimmage, especially if running between the tackles. I wish they'd run Edwards more; he's not as flashy, and maybe not as fast, but he's a tough, strong runner who takes on contact and often powers through it.

So both on the field in those situations would definitely put the defense in bad situations and open up run game as well.

That usually means they trust that corner to take on the run as the plays develop faster. Also, most teams in college play their best receivers in the short side of the field because the throws are super long with the wide college hashes.
