So sorry your having a flare I am feeling you I have Fibro and Flare quite a lot at the moment I’m in the middle of getting issues with my brain sorted need to see a neurologist and Ear specialist so I’m going to flare because i am stressed. Your videos and other planner videos keep me sane on this bumpy roller coaster ride of flares fucken pain and more pain.
