I love it when people make things seem so simple yet in reality it is very complicated. I like the last part of the video where the colors were extracted from a well composed photo. Brilliant!!
Hi, I hope you are doing well. I have never wrote a comment on TH-cam, because I have never felt the need. This time is different I am writing to you because I really wanted to tell you THANK YOU. I love your videos. I am an Italian architect living a working in Malta as designer and I have already watched all your videos. Thanks for your job. All your video are very very useful. I always watched them because I always learn something new. I wish you all the best for your carrier. Have a great Sunday.
Stefania Zuccarello I am extremely honored that you came by and watched my videos, I appreciate your kind words and positive energy. Thank you for making my day ♥️ best of luck in your practice, let me know how can I help ♥️
Aseel, could you make a video showing how you take a color from the picture and put it on the side of the picture to make a color palette. What program is that? Amazing!
Thank you Aseel! I think the main thing I learnt from this video was to pick a simple picture as inspiration! The picture I originally chose was of rocks at the bottom of a river which had great reds, purples, blues, greens, and yellows and... that's just too many colours!
Hey RJ, thank you so much for your kindness! I would say look into the eclectic style rooms, decide on the main color, the secondary color, and add natural touches, like wooden accents, the rest of the colors can exist in small proportions, so they are the [10%]
aseel thanks a lot i love your videos, i am intrested in interior designing and studying it alone at home. what app you used in taking colours from the picture to create the palette coulour , thanks in advance
i love your videos i’m currently a nursing student and want to switch over to interior design i am scared because I’m not great at art in the traditional sense i’m not great at free hand drawing but i love to be creative. In your opinion do you need to be good at free hand drawing in order to pursue this career? Thanks
Hey Akshaya! That's so awesome, you are pursuing what you love! You do not need to be an expert in free hand drawing, as at this day and age there is a million different software to help you with that ( i would recommend sketchup, super easy and free) the idea is to illustrate your idea to the client, so whatever helps you, go for that! And you can always improve your sketching with practice if you are into it of course! Best of luck! :)
Hello aseel, thanks for a beautiful topic and doing more such videos. I would like to know which software you were using to extract colours from pic. Can you tell me the name of the software
Bappudi Tejaswini thank you so much! I appreciate your kind words so much! I used Sketchbook for iPad, but you can even use PowerPoint and use the eye dropper, there is also websites for using the eye dropper online!

Shubham Bhatt thank you so much Shubham! I appreciate your kind words! Regarding your question, yes of course you can use the color groups as a base for your color scheme, always break the color scheme with neutrals though, and if there are too many colors, trying to utilize the 60,30,10 rule, use less hues but you can still use the tints and shades of the hues. Best of luck!
@@aseelbysketchbook thank you so much ma'am. Please suggest me any book so that I can learn more about standard sizes of all the things we use in interior's like: room sizes, furniture standard sizes and also any book for ergonomic.
