- Hi guys ♡ I'm finally done with my room makeover. It took quite a bit of time to put everything together, but it was all worth it! The room feels so much cozier now. I also took some time to set up my desk again. And just organized the stationery as well. I hope you like the result!

Man, the amount of times I have watched a video like this and felt so envious of girlies who can afford their own places and afford to redecorate like this. For example, buying a whole new shelf from IKEA would cost me so much and I’d have to save for so long to do so. I know that these creators probably saved lots of their money and planned one day to just redesign their rooms but through camera it gives the illusion of it being so easy and simple to do. As a 25 year old who moved out from home at 19 and has had to live with roommates just to afford a semi-normal lifestyle in the states, its so difficult. But these videos give me so much hope that one day I can do the same. I’m going to keep saving so that I can live in my own place with my two kitties. After all, your room is your safe space after a long day. I love what you did with your room. Simple, cozy, and cute. Enjoy the small things that make you happy and keep doing what you love! What I'm doing right now is focussing on individual money projects. Example, my phone is showing its age and I'd really like a new one. I looked up the cheapest new model I could find, let's pretend it's $350. And then I set a purchase date (just as an outline, it's not super strict).
Then I asked 'how can I make an extra $350 by the end of January?' And I realized there's all sorts of things. I have some items I don't use and could sell. I can save on food and reduce shopping to only what needs replacing. I'm creative and can post offers online and locally for commissions. I can get a part-time job. And etcetera.

I wish that I had such a beautiful, cosy and cute decorated apartment too. Due to a divorce and a dishonest partner and health issues I have al lowe income and need to turn every penny around and around… I doesn’t make me sad but I still hope that better times will come. I am 60 years young now live with hope every day. 🤞🤞🤞Similar videos like this one here give us great ideas how we can arrange our “precious home”.
Sameee, i’ve had lots of room mates at different homes because i can’t afford living alone, until last month. but now i can do that with my salary. It’s still a little tight but finally i’m starting to create my room, it’s very expensive i tell you but it’s gonna be worth it. Hang in there! ❤
