✅ Ingredients
1 pack of tapioca flour (454g), 16g cornstarch (about 4 teaspoons) 4 cups of water, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 pinch of salt
✅ How to do it
🔺Mix tapioca and corn starch with 4 cups of water, leave for a few hours before making
🔺Turn on heat at 450F, use 1/4 cup measure to scoop the mix, decide 4 parts to 4 cakes mold , close with lid, when the cakes clear ( usually after 40 seconds)
🔺Turn off the heat and keep the lid closed
After 20 seconds, use a fork to take out the cake
Put the cake on a tray had cooked green onion on top of tray
put the filling, meat first at below, shrimp on top ( face up)
🔺Fold the cake from the top to the bottom, hold it for a few seconds , so it will stick together( please watch video for more details)
Continue to make all the dough till finish
