If Esic is not activated then you can't apply
Is a seperate counselling conducted for ESIC quota or is it included in the normal all India open counselling? If it is included if after getting seat in ESI IP quota can i go to other college in state quota to other colleges in my state
All India counselling only , if you selected both all India and esic options then you can go to other colleges in 2nd round , but at time of counselling you select only esic quota and then you can go to esic colleges only

Go to any notary near you and ask them to make affidavit in the format as mentioned in annexure 3 and 4 in the pdf provided by esic
