(Singapore VLOG) Back to the kitchen life (feat: Vanilla Madeleine recipe)

These days, I've once again fallen into the world of baking. I find myself revisiting recipes I've tried before and wanting to take on new challenges. Today, I'd like to show you how to make a simple vanilla madeleine that you can easily prepare at home.
I've heard that plump belly madeleines are currently trending in Korea, so if you want to bake those, you'll need a madeleine pan that's slightly deeper than the one I use. I'm planning to get one myself when I visit Korea to keep up with the trend, hehe.
I also included a video of the Beijing Duck restaurant that my family and I frequently visit. Towards the end, you'll find footage of the first madeleine and carbonara pizza I ever made. I hope you enjoy watching them!
