i was confused cause i didn’t think this was the sims,,,you make me want to step my build game up! i’m usually good at houses or remodeling but this is AMAZING the roomate feature would work great with this lot!
Littlemssam has a lock/unlock mod for doors. It is pretty useful for splitting a household in different houses or apartments in the same lot. The only issue is you can only unlock it for visitors in a particular house if you are playing the sim from the household, but I'm pretty sure it remembers it for later.
It's rubbish that we still don't have a basic apartment/roommate function on this game. How awesome would it be to have a bunch of different families/friends living in this build. It's amazing :)
@@Sims4Creations yes no worries there was no deaths near us and a combined 500 people was recused here and Alabama 💕 there is alot of damage but we can always rebuild safe first always🙏🏾
Hello, I would like to know how you can play with that lot, it cannot be businesses and houses at the same time, you have to define a trait to the lot ... neither can several families live because you can only create one for each lot. As you have done?! I also did not know that in the San Mysuno neighborhood there were empty lots to build ...

This is really pretty and you are a great simmer but this looks nothing like how new york looks like. Only the movie version. I live here and new york isn't this nice. And where I live its much dirtier
Even though I don't live in New York, I wouldn't say it looks nothing like it. I used a lot of reference pictures and I also said it's New York inspired, which doesn't mean it's an exact copy. 😊

you can also lock doors for specific sims in your household! so you can separate an household in 2 or 3 families like that
