Shalom Graceful.... it is not by power nor by might. i was addicted to weed for 15 years and then the Holy Spirit did his work in one day. today even smelling it makes me want to puke. Greater is he who is in you also imagine this, how can the God that defeated the devil thousands of years ago fail to remove something that was created to destroy you. The more you think you have to do it the harder it gets, i suggest meditate and worship, even after you have idulged in the addiction and tell the Holy Spirit it is neither by your might nor power but by him .... your faith, your truth and your vulnerability to the Holy Ghost will be your saving grace.
