I don't understand why people want to sleep in Jannah. What a waste of time, even though there is unlimited time, ironically.
Sleeping and waking up to your lover is one of the pleasures of this life so maybe they want that in the next life too. People are thinking about Jannah with the minds they have now and our pleasures in this life are limited. Once they get to Jannah it will be different, they probably won't even remember sleep, but while they are still in this world they will think about what they like and some people like taking naps.
There will be no fatigue I assume so the thought of sleep probably would never arise even by instinct
Some people like having dreams. Its almost like watching a movie while your relaxing. I would like to have a few hours (wordly hours) of sleep in the next life also... as a nostalgic kind of thing. Theoretically we dont NEED anything in jannah. You dont NEED to eat or drink or have relations with spouses so this is all for pleasure purposes. I mean nobody NEEDS beauty, a nice body or strength but you will have it. So to the people who want to sleep, MORE POWER TO YOU👊
