Biliran Naval Road Trip and a quick view of the new Biliran Airport

An uncut and full video from the municipality of Biliran going to municipality of Naval, traversing the Biliran - Naval Road, a segment of Biliran Circumferrential Road.
Through this short ride, we can view some of the significant landmarks, establishments and institutions along the Biliran - Naval Road.
Biliran - Naval Road is a paved road already and some portions with asphalt overlay, but there is still two bridges under construction - these bridges were damaged by typhoon urduja way back 2018, thus the commuting public need to use the detour.
