A quick discussion about game balance and changes to Fury.
Looks like the change to match up (moving away from influence match ups) is a attempt stop clans/kds from pub stomping. Which from a business perspective is a good move by plarium to increase player retention during event, which ultimately is the only thing that matters to plarium. If you aren't playing because of the match up odds are you aren't buying either. On the other hand It does suck that the clans and kds that have spent years working together and getting stronger seem to be the ones being punished here though.
Don't worry they can't reveal the matchmaking system. Or even bother to tell us it has changed or announcement time. All our concerns and complaints fall on deaf ears. The Developers aren't listening only concerned with making pretty animations for town skins.
The animations are carried out, not by Plarium servers -- they do NOTHING! Nope, it's your machine and your CPU that does it all. So all animations... it might look nice? But it's only being done because people will 'boast' of which skins they've maxxed to 15, and make sure everyone knows about it.
Me? I'll turn my animations off, lol!
In kd 493 - we had a superb record in kd events. But then the changes and 4 events like u where we were screwed royally. We had about 10 good fighters and are top clan actually won us one of the matchups . But its screwed us so badly that our top clan members have left . We thought it was a clan topping 120t asgard league threshold pushing us into this fg bizarre situation. Ive tended to think it was our win-loss ratio. Itvwould be typical of Plarium to do this to force more upgrades and battles to make more $. The players never asked for it. We are left now with a really weak kd -we could remotely compete in this kvk that just ended. Nobody ran sds as they would get creamed. Our top clan with the tower and one player couldn’t do a damned thing - we couldnt remotely even retain our POP. We are left as a clan with cvcs and HG. The big get bigger and the small get screwed more.
Worst Matchup's yet, I agree 1000% with you.
Our kingdom has faced the problem of the other kingdoms having way more fighters in Fury.
One suggestion is that it relates to number of ravens in kd
Our match up is ridiculous. They out number us in Hall of glory stars...raven towers...fighters... and influence. 🙈
us 130T, rest are 400T/600T/4Q the last one is new kingdom with some 1,4Q town bully in it

My husband suggested that in his game they think their matchup is to do with activity. Who knows?
How about this for a theory. The announcement was delayed... I think they look at the matchups at the top level, and change them manually, to wring the most out of the top clans. Then they rerun the other matchups. It wouldn't surprise me in the least. They have certainly moved away from influence, because a lot of kingdoms were trying to manipulate it - strategically. God forbid there should be any strategy in a so-called strategic game.

Accounts these days have an activity score.. maybe the match up is also based on total activity in a kd

Из-за этого подбора с играков выкачивают бабло, активные всё донатят и их сталкивают лбами между собой, ты считаешь себя слабым и бежишь в банк и снова тебе облом. Один круговорот а ты стоишь и оптикаешь. Очень много добавили из обновы которая испортила игру, а как раньше было хорошо 😁, всем удачи ребятули😂
You’ll have big solo players, and a lot of small clans. KvK we drew two kingdoms 10x bigger but both were considerably weaker. We lost as each kingdom had too many sieges to counter. I think Fury will be the opposite. You’ll draw the bigger kingdom, but as mentioned before, weaker. This will become evident during tower rounds. Weak players won’t have any impact here, the x2 will play into the smaller and stronger kingdom hands too.
I really don't understand what are they trying to do. Breaking what was keeping a lot of people from stop spending money on this crappy game is simply idiotism

GAME DEAD no fighters any more all in big clans why i deleted the game last night no point any more most kingdoms got a few fighters and that it and got fed up being pushed out of events and glory points killed the game for smaller clans what they need to do is get rid of alt accounts and dead towns and would see how little players still in the game
You're probably quite correct. As a small-guy, I started an alt, originally with my original Chief, we had a scheme to go to a NEW Kingdom, create an alt the RIGHT way (not making the same mistakes we made in or ouriginal chatacters), and make stronger, leaner characters. In the end, we wanted to suck back a few people to our main clan.
It totally didn't work, lol.
But now I have a nice Lvl 34 alt who plays a different troop type, and has really helped me advance my main character.
Plarium doesn't give a damn, so long as you are paying money. (lol)
