If you're a little lost and want to experiment, heres what works for me; Listening to a subliminal I get a good gut feeling on, and then taking a break for 2 or 10 minutes then listening to a subliminal. It is my personal belief that subliminals can work better when you give yourself a break. Playlists work for me too, but taking breaks works so well for me. Also, my results follow this weird time period of 17 hours. I am not saying playlists wont work or that you can't have instant results; just giving suggestions in case you want to experiment ♡

I really like rules, but most of the time I don't understand them very well and that makes it very difficult for me to do things, mainly because I'm autistic, I like very specific things and that makes it very difficult to follow rules, since most Sometimes to me they seem very vague. And creating my own rules makes it a lot easier, in the beginning, about two or three years ago I discovered the Law of Attraction, and just a few weeks ago I discovered the law of Assumption, and I always felt that the Law of Attraction was complicated and that it seemed be somewhat limiting. The most ridiculous thing to me is to act like you already have the results because I can't convince myself to do anything but almost every sub-producer says we have to follow this rule. I read the solar booklet because I thought it would help me, but I couldn't benefit from it either. What do you recommend me about this? It's also said that results shouldn't be checked often but some people check results even after 1 listen and everything looks great I wonder is that a limiting belief too?
