I have a quick question - if I wanted to invite the spirt of my grandmother (someone I never knew) would that be possible? and how would I do that? THANK YOU ASHLEY! ♥ I think it's totally possible to invite your grandmother's spirit to be more active in your life. She's probably already around all the time anyway and I bet she LOVES that you want to feel her energy :) Tbh, I don't think there's any one way or any wrong way of doing this, but here's what I'd suggest trying and seeing how it feels to you - In a place and space that feels good and safe to you, light a candle or some incense (an offering for Spirit). Close your eyes and ground yourself in that space in whatever way feels good to you. Then approach your grandmother as you would any living person: greet her, ask her if it's ok to talk with her. When you feel the nod to continue (you likely will 😊) tell her anything you'd like & invite her in ♥ I've approached inviting my own grandmother into my life like this and it felt really lovely to me :) I hope this helps, and of course, when in doubt, ALWAYS trust your feelings on what feels right/ good whenever you're communing with loved ones - you know you the best!
