Always lie to get the job. No sarcasm here. No company cares about you and will fire you the second it is convenient. You owe these millionaires and billionaires absolutely nothing. Lie as much as you safely can to get the job and then do the minimum possible to not get fired. Dont live your life to make a rich man richer

HR just wants to hear Lies, Sach bolo to select nahi karege....they just counter questions so that they get employee on low salary....They want Dimond at the price of Silver which is not possible....then company closes down due to loss because HR was selecting wrong people....then who is liable because of such HR
1st one is being honest...recruiter will understand if u have genuine reason... In 2nd one...recruiter can easily identify by looking at the data in your resume... No need to sugarcoat and deviate from real and genuine reason....recruiter has done 200-300 interviews... they can easily identify if you are bullshitting... To coverup one thing there is no need to add 5-10 lies
It's not necessary to come up with such made up answers these days. You can just describe the reason you changed in a subtle way without blaming anyone and should be able to convey your exoectations so that your new job also doesn't end up being not the right fit for you or otherwise as well.
