Gxleagueoflegends made a video on it yesterday. Items and runes that do percent hp damage got nerfed.

Also the movement speed is great now plus the efficiency is off the charts

warmog is not a good choice. It's always better to go cdr boots, zeke and the tank sup item (celestial), all items have a better combo with rell kit

I love zekes coverage+mercury treads,it gives you a huge advantage in teamfights,but warmogs is viable to if you want to be beefy and roam all the time,i dont really stay in lanes but yeah,it changes from your favorite playstyle.warmogs gives hell out of hp,very good regen and ms.zekes and other support items make you a really good teamfighter.i sometimes catch people under towers with my ult,thanks to zekes,they literally cant escape and die.its like rooting your enemy.
I build warmog when we are really ahead or we really need a frontline in our team.then jaksho,unending despair and warmogs makes you unbeatable demon god lol
