Neil, this is awesome. Best explainer I have seen using TERR.
Thanks for keeping these a reasonable length!
Neil, came across this just now although it is one year old, excellent stuff. To save a step, is there a way to use the read.csv functionality in R to pull in the file directly with a data function? This would be really helpful with csv files available over the web.
When you enter in dplyr in the packages line, what does that actually do?
@Neil Kanungo Thanks for the response. I've always just added the library command into my code.
can I use this on 10.3.1 spotfire version? i don't have the python script option :/ do i need to install something? 6:43
Thanks. Could this python engine support webplayer now?
Nice work! Can we install additional python libraries by ourselves?
Awesome! Thank you!
@Neil Kanungo and how do you install the library?
for i9nstance 'survival'
@@juandedioshernandez1412 you go to the Tools menu then either "Python Tools" or "TERR Tools" for R, then the "Package Management" tab
Are Python data functions faster than R data functions?
Neil Kanungo Thanks. We are using version 10.3. Let’s see when we upgrade to 10.7
