Even here in Brazil their products got better. They used to sell the left overs of the exports, but now they're really are improving, and in the US it seems the same.
Taurus and Rock Island Armory are literally becoming my favorite companies honestly i'm rooting for the underdog. I have yet to have any problems with my guns.
Chris, Thanks for the factory Tour. Taurus has high quality firearms for the price the average guy or gal can afford. I just purchased 2 Taurus TX 22 compact pistols, one for me and one for my wife. Very high quality for the price and they come with 2 magazines as well.
Just purchased a gx4. Love it! Micro 9mm with 11+1 magazine. It's light weight and produces a very small conceal print. I've shot 300+ rounds of 115gr and not one issue. For the price you can't find a better quality than the gx4. And Yes, I know there's a company recall on some of the gx4 models, but mine is not one of them. Very pleased with it.
It looks as if Taurus is planning on expanding. The plant has lots of space ready to grow. 👍🇺🇸 Great video. This is how you win over customers. Bud Lite take notes.
Pena que vivemos numa ditadura socialista do Lula que sequer foi eleito democraticamente. E também não exportamos essas armas . São todas feitas nos EUA
Pretty cool video, although all modern gun factories look much the same. Taurus has always been a bit of a quirky company, and I speak from a reasonable amount of experience here. Most of what I call their ‘legacy’ guns are excellent both in form and function. I’m of course referring to the Beretta and S&W legacy designs such as the PT92/100/908/945 series and the 66/608 and 44 series. All of the blued Tauri I’ve had (66B4, PT945 and PT92) have been excellent shooters. The factory PT mags are kinda cheesy, but Mec-Gar makes superb replacements at very reasonable prices. More recently I’ve had a 608 which was made in Bainbridge/Brazil. Functionally it too was excellent and shot quite accurately. I just couldn’t bring myself to like the plain stainless finish, however cost-effective it might have been. I think their biggest ‘problem’ over the years hasn’t been so much quality/reliability but aesthetics. Since I’ve never had one of the more modern guns I can’t speak to their performance (a friend has a TX22 and it shoots great tho) but I just can’t help but think Taurus tries a little TOO hard styling wise, too futuristic, if you will. Maybe they’ve decided that’s the demographic they want to pursue. I’m just not one of them though. And there’s nothing wrong with that either. Variety is always good. I think a 66B4 or 66SS4 Executive model would be simply spectacular if they’re willing to invest enough time in getting a nice finish, be it blued or stainless. Let’s make it so, please!
The owners manual for the tx22 says it's a limited lifetime warranty and that only the original owner can get a warranty fix and must have proof of purchase and date of purchase and have to register for warranty up to 30 days after purchase.
Man I’ve liked okay LOVED TAURUS a long time. Now they are causing me to think before I look at anything else! Are they open to public. I have one I need to send back and I sure would like to see it done!
The US made guns for sure have better quality control than the Brazilian made guns. The G series pistols, TX, and GX particularly. I recently got an 856 Defender three inch revolver and took several days looking it over before buying to make sure it had no defects or damage. I passed on one from another dealer that had timing problems. A bad timed new revolver should never have left the factory. Taurus could also do a better job at thread locking their screws. I have a G2c and an 856 and a Rough Rider. The Rough Rider had a marred muzzle crown that I missed and I had to do a crown job on it and thread lock the screws but I got the RR before Taurus and Heritage moved to Georgia so quality control has gone up since then and since Bret Vorhees has taken over as CEO. My experience with Taurus customer service has been good for a parts replacement when I lost a part that was my fault. My first Taurus pistol was a PT92AF when Taurus first began making them back in the 80s. Great pistol. Wish I still had it. Thanks for sharing.
I have over 11,000 rounds through my TX22 and it shoots great. I never had a problem with it or the G2C, G3C pistols. Taurus is really putting out some great pistols.👍
The one time I used their warranty, likely 5 or 6 years ago, they told me they would send a replacement part for my 856. Every time I called, it was in processed. After about 6 months of that I moved and forgot all about it. I had a gun smith fix the problem. I was not going to send my gun to Taurus if they couldn’t even deliver to me a $5 or $10 spare part in under 6 months. A couple months after that, after I had settled in to my new place, I got this strange little package in the mail in it I found that little part. It was over half a year to get it resolved. Compare that with the one time I had an issue with a Bersa. They had me ship the gun to them and in about 2 weeks I had a new gun. I swore off Taurus repair and warranty after all that.
I am a Taurus fan owning several models including a PT99AF, a .38spl and a .357 snub nose revolver, a Judge and a Circuit Judge but am really disappointed that in over 10 years still cannot obtain a rear sight assembly for my wife's Circuit Judge. The plastic sight assembly literally broke into pieces the first time we tried to adjust it. I have contacted customer service countless times being told the rear sight assembly is not available and they can't get it but to keep checking back. I was wanting to add a TX22 Competition SRC to the collection but am hesitant.
Ive owned and shot severally taurus revolvers and semis, some were great some were hit or miss and i had 1 that jammed constantly, for a budget American made companys , RUGER and M&P and other smiths are best way to go in quality reliability and durability
Im the never Tarus guy, or was untill i found a G2 in the road. Very nicely built, shoots straight, i am impressed. Not a fan of the politics going on in Brazil tho Holy cow, didnt know they made Heritage!!! Own 2, best for price by far
It's a shitty brand drinking out of corruption and cartel service. Nothing to see here. Brazil makes actually good military items, but these are not backed by the militians hiding in US right now.
@@razgvozd buy a Heritage, you will change you mind, ive only shot the Taurus i found, on a road, and it is comparable to other entry guns, i.e S&w, Springfield, etc, they have come a long way and most of it is made in USA
Brasil foi tomado pela ditadura do Lula. Inimigo da liberdade. Sofremos um golpe de estado perpetrado pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal e derrubaram nosso único presidente democrático, Bolsonaro
Official warranty is only to Original Purchaser. Customer service will tell you RMA is 4 weeks. I guess whats in this video do not speak on behalf of Taurus Corp.
How can you know if a Taurus is made in Brazil or in the USA? I have a G3 that says made in Brazil on one side but in the other side it says Bainbridge Georgia
Sir original Chinese tt 30 bore pistol has Magazine capacity is 8 rounds. Now I have keep 7 rounds into Magazine all the year plz tell me it's magazine spring will be lose or not ? Reply
He said a 3 day turn around period for warranty service? I called Taurus, got me in hold for 35 minutes, and they said it would take 4-8 weeks. Taurus CS is the worst.
I have the g2c and it is a good pistol 🔫 for the buck I have made a video for it and done some improvements to also plus used the g3c t.o.r.o slide on the g2c frame 😉 and it works perfectly so if you have a g2c from Bainbridge Georgia then the g3c t.o.r.o slide will work but I wish 🤞 that you guys 👦 can change the trigger on this one 😉
I have a g3c and I sent it twice that the repair because it didn't work well it was embedded they gave it back to me and it didn't work well and they didn't give what it was until they realized that it was the trigger and it wasn't the ammunition because I tried it with different ones I was disappointed
It seems good but here in Thailand we bought Taurus 6 times price up from USA but we do not have any your spare part here even your Thais brand ambassador, he had to find for Transfer Bar done by local maker instead of factory parts. It is our suffering too much though we favor on your brand too much.
It's called the GX4 Carry. I want one but it isn't available without a manual safety which makes it a no go for me. I know many think that's the wrong approach, but it works for me and that's all that counts.
i bough it taurus rossi wizard carabine which gives often Iying which of course of Iife at a price It cost me carabine purchased 6 of the month back aII new in the shop mine friends too This one troubie they have this with the carbine
I love my Taurus pistols. I have a Judge, TX22 and a G3. They are all fabulous pistols.
i have g3 and even its cheap price the quality is gooood
Taurus has definitely stepped up their game in the past 3yrs, & it's blatant to see because their newer models sell pretty well!

Oh yes! I’m bullish on Taurus and My Rock Rocks!!!

You're welcome Al. Glad it was helpful.

I have bought half a dozen Taurus firearms, Heritage, and Rossi and love them all. Great work Taurus, thank you
All my guns are Taurus weapons. It is the best....Love the lifetime warranty. Greetings from South Africa
Very cool
I'm glad to see Taurus earning respect in the affordable firearms market. I'd like to see a Taurus tactical 22lr rifle.
Well deserved.
It looks as if Taurus is planning on expanding. The plant has lots of space ready to grow. 👍🇺🇸 Great video. This is how you win over customers. Bud Lite take notes.
I'd be interested to see their Brazilian plant too.
That would be very interesting.
That’s what I came to see
Awesome video. What a great facility. Thanks for putting it together.
I’d like a TX22. And I love that Taurus has brought jobs to the free state of Georgia.
I've owned and fired many pistols but I love my G3C .. the amount of detail on a budget gun is crazy 😊 I love it
Enjoyable video. I love learning about Taurus.
Glad you enjoyed it Fred.
We have the GX4 at home , tell ya, really like that little thing. Glad was not on the recall list.
I have a G3 and a TX 22 both are awesome pistols. Thank y’all at Taurus
I love Taurus 🐂🐃❤️❤️❤️🇹🇭🇺🇸🇧🇷

I love my two TX 22’s and my Rossi rifles. Looking to purchase a G3.
Very nice.
Can't wait to get my hands on a Taurus 500
I love my Taurus guns have bought 3 and never had an issue. I would love to apply for a position to test pistols and rifles all day long.
Good evening. My plan is to own this company one day. When I do, you will have this position if you are still interested.
Take care Kevin

Haha that BBQ grill reminds me of the film 'Immortals'!
One of my favorite guns is my Judge--use it for snakes, squirrels, and home defense.
Can't go wrong with a Judge.
Im the never Tarus guy, or was untill i found a G2 in the road. Very nicely built, shoots straight, i am impressed. Not a fan of the politics going on in Brazil tho

Thailand is very difficult to find Taurus shoulders. I want the company to consider.
❤️❤️❤️🇹🇭🇺🇸🇧🇷
I just by luck own a GX4 very nice just wish the sights were better n comes with a manual safety 👍🏻☮️❤️👏👏👏
