If I went to Ohio someday, I hope I would see a Wheeling & Lake Erie train at several places. Some of the WE locomotives are also ex-Rio Grande Tunnel Motors and I did see them in Wheeling & Lake Erie's fleet, as trains are usually pulled by SD40-2 locomotives.
I'd have to say Q710 as the trash train at the 14:53 mark.
Q710 was abolished in early June. But sure looked like it I agree
