@@SergioHerrera.24 Agreed. The Cresselia's holo colors are just absolutely stunning and the duskull evolution line is so fun too. I could go on and on, but theyre just far more interesting to me than some of the other popular full art cards from 'some' of the other sets in SV
Got back into Pokémon card collecting shortly after Temporal Forces dropped. Started by picking up Paldean Fates (because even at the time 151 was getting kinda pricy. I feel like I missed the train on that one unfortunately), which is SUPER fun to open! Tons of hits with all the baby shiny's. Currently I'm trying to complete a master set of Temporal Forces, which I'm about 20 or so cards away from (that Gastly full art is probably a top 2 card of all time for me), as well as a childhood favorite set of mine: Diamond and Pearl Secret Wonders. I already had most of the set from when I was a kid (including two Charizards!), so now I'm just filling out the holes. Skipped out on Twilight Masquerade, Stellar Crown (aside from a booster bundle or two), Shrouded Fable, and probably Surging Sparks in anticipation for the Rocket set.
I would love to do a master set one day!
The Gardevoir line and other SIRs in SV Base are going to age very well imo. The slowpoke, dondozo and drowzee are very good as well.
A great video idea would be to make a video during Christmas time about Pokemon products to gift someone or to put on a Christmas list, and you could do different catageories

You're right about the og 151 thatll be valuable. like ghastly, magikarp, eevee. If you made an episode highlighting the ones that are out yet id watch that. Maybe including shield era get the beedrill...not sure wht else

I dont understand the love affair with TM. I get the Greninja and the Eevee but those masks are meh at best for me and kill the set vibe. Personally I would put TF and PR above TM but that's just my 2 cents. Other than that I'm in alignment with this list.
I agree…the pull rates stink and the masks are boring to me. My husband and I just opened 6 packs out of 3 pack blisters to “give them a try”…literally only got one hit. Tbh not worth my money at all, especially because I’m more of a collector than a player, but I’m also broke and want to put my money more towards sets that I/we actually like lol, like paldean fates and 151
I agree with your rankings. I really love Paldean fates and Paldea evolved, and I don’t think Paradox Rift gets enough love! My husband really loves 151 and is obsessed with collecting all the cards right now, but we haven’t been insanely lucky with pulls/pull rates on that one so that one isn’t as fun for me atm. I agree with the reprint also…I don’t see any value going down on that set since it’s SOOO high in demand right now. Plus, I want to get the chance to open more of it now because we got into collecting when Temporal Forces came out and it seems like that’s when prices of SwSh sets seemed to start skyrocketing and 151 became more and more unavailable :P
Yeah I feel like 151 has gone crazy over the past few months - prices are one thing, but its just hard to find!
Solid ranking, only tweaks I would make is Temporal Forces to #5 and Shrouded Fable to #9. Future SV sets looking crazy good though.
I almost switched Temporal Forces by the end too - it won be over hard.

Paradox Rift is the most underrated set of the S&V era. So many great cards. Amazing art. Pretty decent pull rates. In the future, 151 will be #1 for obvious reasons. Paradox Rift will be #2. Do not sleep on Paradox Rift, people.

I am new to the hobby and i would like to get the greninja ex sar box because it's a good promo should I buy it or wait until the 151 reprint in a couple of months
I need to look at that box - I've heard a lot of people talking about it and I don't know enough but I will look into it!
New sets are overhyped and cannot stand the expectations, I think...
I like Japanese the best in terms of quality but as far as English for me it is
1. 151 obviously
2. Paldean evolved (new era starters plus the fish)
3. Paldean fates (Gardevoir severely underrated)
4. Paradox rift
5. Twilight mascarade
6. Temporal forces
7. S&v base
8. Obsidian flames
8. Shrouded fable
Oh I do love the Japanese 151 as well - those cards are awesome.
S&V have the legendaries of Gen 9. Which us old folks may hate but the paldea era is the era our kids (alpha Gen) will watch first. The sprigatito is our Bulbasaur and koraidon and miraidon could be their generations Mewtwo or legendary birds.

True - if it were to have a significant price drop I would buy more because I just can't see it lower 3 years from now.
