I’m an only child as well… so I’m used to making up stories in my head. Loved the rounds. Definitely want to buy Somewhere Over the Rainbow now. My very first kit was also a square.. so I didn’t know about rounds until I finally bought a few. I have to say that I like both just as much. I just love working on images that make me happy.

Artist here! The 'splotches' on the "Belle" painting are basically light refractions. Light bounces on surfaces in an unexpected way sometimes and it looks awkward if you examine it too hard sometimes. It's definitely going to be a trust the process sort of deal! Also, I can't wait to see you work on these kits, they're gorgeous!
I have the Stargazing Kit. I wasn't going to get it initially but I'm glad I did because the colors are really beautiful. I'm totally down with the purple color-scheme! 💜I love astronomy and did celestial navigation in the Navy so this is totally my jam! Also, I started with square kits but I'm good with doing either square or round kits. I care more about the image than the drill shape. 😊🟣🟪

But enjoy watching others. 😊 you never know which ones have the lines when released during a certain time. Even the ones that didn't bleed thru, it reminds me of how DAC doesn't care about their customers... but anyway, love your bubbly personality! 😊
Everyone hates on rounds. I'm a very new DPer and a heavy placer and rounds are so much easier to me. I get way more cramping and discomfort sooner when I'm doing squares. I do want to try the DAC multiplacer it looks perfect for squares.

I’m pretty new to this craft and enjoying your videos. Mostly for your enthusiasm and the diamond painting info, but a little bit because of your Lego backdrop as I’m a little bit obsessed with collecting that too! My Lego stash is much bigger than my DP stash though (at the moment at least) 🤣
I ordered 3 kits, they were not in separate boxes, they were squashed in one. And they were in normal plastic bags and the toolkit was just a pink pen and the normal green tray. They were so squashed, the box was distoted. I was very upset because it was my first order that i received a couple of days ago.You make me so jealous. They are both kitties. Sending love from the UK 🇬🇧 ❤️ 💕
@southernbelle2478 no I didn't, I am from the UK and it was free postage, so I thought maybe they were saving on postage. But I didn't even get stickers for the kits it was a piece of A4 printer paper. I will let it go this time but if it happens again, I will not stay with them. I am very loyal to companies that are good but we shall see. ❤️
Are you sure it was DAC and ordered from the website? I’m unsure on packaging as I haven’t ordered directly from them before as I bought from destash but even when they first started out the toolkit wasn’t like that, one of the first if not the first toolkit was blue pen with grippy and clear plastic tray and the wax is 2 heart shape pieces of pink wax, with added extra of tweezers for squares that then moved to be in a cream type plastic bag with a cover minder etc

@ I’m SUPER new but I love dolphins, nature, landscapes, flowers! My first was a dolphin and my second was a Lisa Frank ish dog and cat
