Okay, I want to say that I Love you and your dishes and deserts! I made this Peach Cobbler and was so impressed with myself. I even made it for a friend gathering and they thought it was store-bought. 😅 What's most important, is that this recipe is just as simple as the canned peaches, but with less preservatives. I'm going to try it with other fruit next week. 😊

I have one question and I preface this with my grandma was teaching me canning in the ’70’s. We made peach jam in August when it was 110 degrees and no A/C. The experience was amazing and fun. I loved spending so much time with my grandma BUT I ended up with peach fuzz all over my body and I itched for days. That was 1979. I just ate peach jam again in 2021. 😂😂😂My question: how do you avoid getting peach fuzz all over you? We made it exactly the way you did. What’s your secret?❤
I had more juice in the pan and didn’t add the extra to the top but in the end probably should have. I think a little maple syrup on top when warming the leftover cobbler and then ice cream will be the trick!
