Question : the patient thrown onto the fence with a Puncture wound after Time that is serial measurements dropped his blood pressure when sitting up and standing to go to
toilet .
Ok lying down .
But when Orthostatic there was the drop .
So Change in blood pressure drop on Standing from baseline May be of value especially if there is a history of a bleed .
I have had two cases of orthostatis and then finding bleeds from stomach .
There was slight dizziness but a greater than
30% drop in blood pressure lying vs standing .

Check the research for feeling a radial, saw another lecture discrediting the radial = 90 systolic. Research found too much variation and is unreliable when a central bp is compared
