The word khatam when referred to human always mean the GREATEST and not the last in this category. There are hundreds of examples in Arabic in this category
1.khatam Al Auliya(Seal of saints) For Hazrat Ali Raliallahu anhu (Tafsir Safi, chapter Al ahzab)
2.Khatam Al Auliya again used for Imam shafee
3.khatam Al Auliya again used for Shaikh Ibnu Arabee(Fatoonati makiyyah,on title page)
If the meaning is last how the same title is given. They didn't come and go same time.
Therefore The GREATEST was the meaning in this category
These are only a few from Language
    I have other examples too.

I agree. Khatam’s figurative meaning is “GREATEST”. But one of its DERIVED meaning as per dictionaries is “last”.

When Jesus comes AFTER Prophet Muhammad (sa), would he be a Prophet?

    • @mohammedamin3195
      @mohammedamin3195 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

When you consider the context of the verse "last of the prophets doesn't make any sense at all"
The verse was a rebuttal to the Qureish disbelievers when they were mocking the prophet that he doesn't have a male child again(after the deaths of all his sons) to continue his progeny. So the verse states that yh it's true that Muhammad is not the father of any of your men 'but' 'لكن'. Since laakin is used it meana what is coming after it is going to nullify the first statement. So what then comes after the laakin is 'he is the messenger of Allah'. How does messenger of Allah then nullify their mockery that Muhammad doesn't have any male progeny who will continue his line?? Well the answer is found in the ahadith where the prophet said a prophet is the father of his ummah. So meaning the prophet is a prophet( meaning he is the father of the entire ummah - that makes sense as it means his legacy will be continued by the ummah which is even more important than having a physical son. The ummah are the biological sons of the prophet)
Then after saying he is the messager of Allah the verse continues و خاتم النبيين. و is an atf meaning it's also still going to nullify the earlier statement of the disbelievers the he has no male progeny. So khatamun nabiyyin will then mean he is the stamp of all the prophets, the best, the father of all the prophets and the father of the entire whole and not just the ummah of the prophet. And that's is why he will be the one to intercede for the entire world during the day of judgement
If you take the meaning as last then how does he being a last prophet nullify their mockery???
And lastly the prophet is the last law hearing prophet. And that is further enhanced by the statement khatam(the seal). A sub prophet coming after him even raises his status more. And that's the same thing that happened with Musa and Eesa.
And the ahadith have proven that the latter day Mahdi and Messiah is a prophet.
Also in Sahih Bukhari Ayisha made it clear that khatam nabiyyeen doesn't mean last.
After the death of the prophet one sahabah said there will be no prophet after the prophet'لا نبي بعد' then Ayisha told him that he should say ختم النبيين and not لا نبي بعد

according to quran and hadith of prophet muhammad pbuh and we believe that prophet muhammad pbuh is the last and final messanger because all the companions of prophet muhammad pbuh believe this that he is last and final seal of prophecy and anyone who come after him and claim him/her as prophet or messenger his lair according to the 30 lairs hadith of prophet muhammad we have blind faith on prophet muhammad like his companions that he is last and final and seal for prophecy according to quran and hadith and according quran allah says in quran muhammad pbuh never told anything himself he only say which allah says second if hazrat esa as according to our prophet muhammad hadith he is alive and and came in before qayamah whenever dajjal is came and quran also denies all those who believe jesus crucified killed or died what ever quran reference

However, they did not slay him, and neither did they crucify him, but it only seemed to them [as if it had been] so; 171 and, verily, those who hold conflicting views thereon are indeed confused, having no [real] knowledge thereof, and following mere conjecture. For, of a certainty, they did not slay him: and mirza qadiani said that nauzulbillah hazrat esa as died so where he buried and where his grave he tell many grave like in kashmir like in Lebanon and many other cities where he claim that he was buried here and there and says that its told by jibrael as nauzubillah how angel of allah give wrong knowledge to him think and in the last research about mirza qadiani character life and his false claims and ask to allah that allah almighty give you easy to come on the shariah on which prophet muhammad pbuh and his companions are running and i also pray for you and contact to shubban media as well and if you either not want to get the right path then quran says another verse AL-BAQARAH · JUZ 1 · QUR'AN TAFSEER
    Tafseer Al-Baqarah Ayaat 6 and 7
    May 13, 2014Saleha Waqar
Before starting the details, it is important to mention, that previous ayaat were about qualities of pure believers…now Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala is describing attributes of pure disbelievers.
    Ayat 6:
    إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
“Indeed, those who disbelieve - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.”
Kafaroo [كَفَرُواْ] means to refuse or reject. In Arabic kafir means a person to whom everything is hidden, like the word “night” is also used for a person for whom everything is hidden. This ayah shows the reality of people who refused Muhammad ﷺand his message. Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala said, it does not matter if you (O Muhammad) warn them or not, they would still have disbelieved in what you were sent with.
Out of his genuine concern for his people, the Prophet ﷺ ardently desired guidance for them. He was worried about them and tried his best to reverse their lives. The ayah addresses the Prophet ﷺ that no matter what you do they will not believe whether you warn them or not.
The famous Pakistani poet Allama Muhammad Iqbal symbolizes Nabuwat (Prophethood) with Ummomat. Umm means ‘Mother’ ummomat is motherhood. A Prophet cares about his Ummah like a mother worries about her children. Muhammad ﷺ was the prophet for all mankind. Calling people towards guidance requires love and affection such that people are attracted by your behavior. So, Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala told the Prophet ﷺ to not feel sorry for the people who do not heed. It is not his fault and there will be no blame on him. It is their bad luck that they didn’t pay attention.
In Surah Ar-Ra’d, it is said:
“Your duty is only to convey (the Message) and on Us is the reckoning.” (13: 40)
Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala informed him that none would believe except for those whom He decreed happiness, and none would stray away except those for whom Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala has decreed so.
    Ayah 7:
“Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. And for them is a great punishment.”
Khatama Allahu [خَتَمَ اللَّهُ] means, ‘Allah has sealed.’ Qatadah said that this ayah means, Shaytan controlled them when they disobeyed the Messenger ﷺ. Therefore, Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala sealed their hearts, their hearing and their sight. They could neither see the guidance nor hear or comprehend it.
Heart never remains in one condition, it changes with the time and circumstances, for example the dress we once liked, or the food that we once ate does not remain our favorite throughout lives. Our likes and dislikes change. It is because the condition of our heart changes. The Prophet salAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam taught us a beautiful du’a:
    يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ
Ya mu-qallibal quloobi thab-bit qalbee ‘alaa deenik
“O turner of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion.”
    خَتَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ
“Allah has set a seal on their hearts,” this occurs when sin resides in the heart and surrounds it from all sides, and this submersion of the heart in sin constitutes a stamp, meaning a seal. Quloob is the plural of qulb which means heart,
    وَعَلَى سَمْعِهِمْ وَعَلَى أَبْصَـرِهِمْ غِشَـوَةٌ
Samm is used for ears, absar is for vision/sight and ghishawatun means veil. Their hearts are not open for the message of Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala, their eyes are covered and their ears cannot hear anything of truth.
    عَذَابٌ عظِيمٌ
Aadabun is a mental as well as a physical punishment while aatheemun denotes the greatness of that punishment. A big penalty they will face! It will be the similar feeling that occurs during extreme thirst and hunger. Whenever, the word Adeem is used in the Qur’an, it indicates the size and severity.
There was a group in Makkah of Abu Jahl and his followers who refused to believe in the teachings of Islam and Prophethood. These are maghdoob (those who earned Allah’s anger). They acknowledged that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is right and he never lies, but due to their false ego, they refused to accept Islam. They intentionally disagreed with him.
In Surah Jathiya ayah 23, Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala says:
“Have you seen he who has taken as his god his [own] desire, and Allah has sent him astray due to knowledge and has set a seal upon his hearing and his heart and put over his vision a veil? So who will guide him after Allah? Then will you not be reminded?” (45:23)
    Conclusion:
When a person does not use any of his organ, then after some time that organ stops functioning properly. For instance, if we remain on bed and do not walk, when we will eventually get up our legs won’t be able to carry our burden when we try to stand. Similarly, when heart, ears and eyes get used to false things, they cannot accept the truth about Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala. If a person listens to music a lot and as he tries to leave, it becomes harder for him and his heart remains attracted towards that.
But when Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala wants to give guidance; He can open the seal and change one’s life. We should always welcome the khair, so that our hearts and mind remain open. May Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala keep us away from his punishment and give us guidance (Aameen).
    رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيم
“Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing.” [Al-Baqarah 2: 127]

Muslims surely wonder why Qadianis simply cannot see beyond the bubble created by their Murabbis and literature. Things like the finality of Prophethood and the name Isa (peace be upon him), which is nearly 100 times written in Mutawatir Ahadith, are simply not perceived by Qadianis.
And that's precisely the point, perception and receptivity.
When you're emotionally bound to an idea from childhood, including peer pressure, fear of losing your family, and especially the realization that your entire past was a fake, unconsciously, it's a huge shock and fear.
Your psyche simply does not allow you to take this step of realization because the consequences are too overwhelming and immediately felt.
So, it's easier to close your eyes, if possible, for a lifetime.
It works like Pavlov's mechanism. The same arguments for the Qadiania religion are repeated against us Muslims with the SAME arguments over and over again until these arguments become a one-way street ingrained and cemented in the mind. Once the usual Qadiani arguments like the death of Isa, Allah does not violate His Sunnah, Muhammad is the last law-bearing Prophet, etc., are heard, the individual Qadiani reacts as if paralyzed, and an automatic process takes place without Qadianis even realizing it.
This automatic response gives one the assurance BECAUSE YOU'VE HEARD IT HUNDREDS OF TIMES. It must be correct. Hence, the combination of all mentioned is not so easy to break out from.
The approach here is not to convince our Qadiani brothers and sisters through these arguments, but through the mechanisms that lead to their perception and the automatism that turns their own isolated world into the entire world.
The fact is that Qadianism only works within an indoctrinated and internally isolated group. Combined with all the psychological and social self-defense mechanisms, including a system of sanctions, these people find it difficult to break out of this invisible prison. It's much easier to just go ahead with it instead of asking THE critical questions. For example, the character of Mirza and the 1,400-year Islamic history and, above all, the unwavering Aqida, including the belief that Isa will return at the end of time and that Muhammad is the final prophet in the chain of prophets, in the truest sense. This kindergarten game of the last law-bearing prophet and Mirza being Isa is just a joke for a group that does not know the Islamic literature. If there were a "new" Prophet to come, it's easy, Muhammad a.s.s. would have said it, but he said the exact opposite. If there were to be another Isa, it's easy, Muhammad a.s.s. would have, and it would have been OBLIGATORY for Muhammad a.s.s. to transmit this information unambiguously because the exact opposite was narrated categorically.
The whole talking points serve only one aspect: the defense of a community they feel attached to, and therefore they have to defend the man with all their strength.
My dear Qadianis: the only path to enlightenment is to be self-critical and have the courage to face the truth and every consequence, as long as it is the result of truth.
May Allah bring our lost siblings back to Islam, Ameen!

even the dictionaries which says it means last they give the example of this verse only like in lane lexicon it states the "according to Fr. khatam khatim and khitam means last or end as in verse 33:40 khatam an nabiyyin.even most of the academicians have found that it has meant as a means of verification of the past prophets.which is true as quran says it too.also according to most of the online translators the word for "last" or "end" is khitam not khatam.according to psychologists all humans have par in their psyche called collective unconscious which is different from personal unconscious as the latter is shaped by repressed or forgotten memories of personal experience while the former one is filled with primordial archetypes and beliefs that can be inherited by either our parents or some other celestial sources.with some practice we can achieve that state where we can extract information from the unconscious and the treasure of knowledge that unconscious possesses is endless.therefore there is a possibility of prophecies and ultimately ,new prophets.also literal interpretation of quran is often problematic as quran itself says that there are two types of verses in quran .some which are literal called muhkam and others called the mutashaabih which needs deeper interpretation .this verse is one of them.
