    Today's baking is for the gift of Valentine's day.:)
    You could tastes chocolate and cookies at a time.
    It is delicious and looks quality, So it is suitable for gift.
    Valentine's day
    Custom chocolate cookies (50-53 cookies)
    Ingredients
    Cookies
    90g Unsalted butter
    90g Sugar
    2 Pinch salt
    1 (53-54g) Egg
    230g Cake flour
    50g Almond flour
    Coating chocolate
    200g Dark coating chocolate
    200g Mild coating chocolate
    200g White coating chocolate
    How to make cookies
    1. Beat the unsalted butter of the room temperature smoothly.
    2. Combined sugar and salt with butter.
    3. Add egg and mix them until they are combined thoroughly.
    Mix until sugar remains as tiny particles when you rub them.
    4. Add sieved cake flour and almond flour.
    5, Beat the mixture like cutting it with the upright spatula until dust powder is invisible.
    6. Place the dough in plastic bag and roll out it into 3mm.
    7. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    8. After dredge with dusting flour, roll out the dough again.
    9. Cut out the dough into size of block chocolate mold.
    This cookie doesn't spread so cut out the dough precisely.
    If you have cookie cutter of similar size, you could use it easily.
    10. Do panning.
    11. Bake it at 170℃ (340℉) for 10-12 minutes
    How to make the block chocolate.
    1. Place dark, milk, white coating chocolate in each piping bag and tie up each piping bag.
    2. Place the dark chocolate piping bag into deep bowl.
    Pour hot water into the bowl and then melt the chocolate completely,
    3. Cut piping bag’s tip and squeeze the chocolate into the block chocolate mold.
    4. Sway the mold to spread and flat chocolate.
    5. Hit the mold down to the floor lightly to release the air.
    Do in the same way for milk and white chocolate,
    6. Place it in the refrigerator to harden completely.
    7. Turn upside down and press down the center to unmold chocolate.
    Montage
    1. Cooling down cookies, take them off after squeeze chocolate at center,
    2. cover with block chocolate.
    * If you cover with block chocolate after squeezing chocolate on all of cookies at once, the chocolate could be harden, So squeeze the chocolate on just several cookies and cover with block chocolate.

      저도 예날에 액괴 만질때 손이 차가워서 수딩젤 다 써도 딱딱하던 기억이 나네요 ㅠㅠ 다들 차갑다고 주머니에 손넣어라 핫팩 써라하는데 차가운것도 안좋고 뜨거워도 안좋고 중간이 제일인것같아요 ㅠㅠ

      일반 초콜릿이 시판 초콜릿이면 코팅된 느낌은 없을 것 같아여.. 커버춰는 템퍼링 과정을 거쳐야 윤기가 나는데 손이 많이 가서 일이 많아지는 슬픔이 있져..! 커버춰가 마싯긴 하지여..ㅎㅎ

    이거보고 만드려고 초콜릿 몰드를 주문했는데 혹시 브리첼님이 쓰신 초콜릿 몰드의 크기 좀 알 수 있을까요? 크기가 비슷하면 쿠키의 갯수가 비슷하게 나올 것 같아서요. 그리고 웬만해서 초콜릿은 남지 않았으면 하는데 밀크 200, 화이트 200, 다크 200을 했을때 만든 쿠키에 초콜릿을 다 붙이고 나서 초콜릿이 남지는 않았던가요?

      거의 화이트만 약간 남았던거 같아요 ^^ 화이트를 덜 만들어 그랬겠죠 ㅎㅎㅎ
      몰드이 크기는 4.8x3.8cm 였어요 ^^

    설탕 대신에 슈가파우더 써도 괜찮을까요? 슈가파우더가 그래도 좀덜퍼진다기에ㅠㅠ 제가만들땐 설탕이 좀 퍼지는거같아서요..

      슈파를 쓰시면 부드러운 식감의 쿠키가 되어요 빈츠는 살짝 단단한 느낌이라 설탕으로 만들어 주시고 퍼지지 않으니 걱정 마시구요^^

      쿠키 사이즈가 아무리 똑같이 만든다해도 조금 달라질수 있기 때문에 더 깔끔하게 만들기 위해서 따로따로 해주었어요 ^^

      브리첼 brechel 앗 감사합니다🥰 계속 질문드려서 죄송하지만..ㅠㅠ 초콜릿 붙이기 전에 쿠키가 많이 달거나 하진않나요? 단걸 많이 안좋아하는데 초콜릿까지 붙여야되는 쿠키라 혹시 많이 달까봐 걱정이 되어서요

      @@beeeestdj 쿠키 자체가 많이 달지 않아서 괜찮더라구요 ^^ 맛보기로 드셨던 분들이 다들 맛있다 하셨는데 아주 달거나 그렇진 않다고 하시더라구요. 입맛이 다르기 때문에 ㅠㅠ 감안하시고 만드셔야 할꺼 같아요 ~

      아니요! 덧가루는 보통 강력분을 쓰는데 박력분도 가능할 것 같아요
