If in-person attendance is required, then there should be no need for online application-just go directly to the enrollment center.
Most banks and private sectors have simplified the e-KYC process, so why isn’t the government doing the same? In the name of "Digital India," they’re making us fill out forms, print them, and still visit the centers. It’s completely frustrating.

Isnt there a mistake in this video? at 1:30 you show that the application type should be Docuemnt while it should be HOF. In the following screen, Head of Family section will only come if you choose HOF category in the previous page.
