To do lines of any sort I’d recommend doing that after the top coat. It’s rare to see companies do separate colors with the actual urethane cement for lines. If you absolutely have to add that in unnecessary step, try adding terrazzo strips. Or, if you’re good with taping you can tape your lines and pull the tape as you go but that’s adding time and unnecessary steps to an already time sensitive process. Hope this helps.
