Prices for real estate have skyrocketed at resort towns ( Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Samui…) because of the affluent Russians that can afford to “escape” their country. Good price on your house and you didn’t point out that the property tax is low. The next challenge will be finding reliable maintenance people to fix things but hopefully your expat circle of friends can recommend someone.
